Senior BETA (9th-12th)

Sr. BETA is a Nationally recognized honor club that follows the Motto "Le US Lead By Serving Others". All students' names are entered into the national database and each student receives an ID card. These students are eligible for scholarships and to participate in state and national events.
9th Grade students must have at least a 3.25 GPA on their first 9 weeks report card. 10th-12th Grade students must maintain at least a 3.00 GPA to remain eligible.
The Sr. BETA club meets on Club Day once a month, or as needed depending on activities.
Activities that the Sr. BETA club participate in are: Canned food drive from November to December to donate to local churches, people, and the Cenla Food Bank. Participation in the Veterans Day breakfast which they sponsor. Cards and letters for teachers/other holidays. Easter egg hunts for the elementary. Each member must submit at least 3 service hours to the school spreadsheet. Any other activities that students may bring up.
